Under the Investment Intermediaries Act, 1995 (as amended) (IIA) and as an insurance intermediary under the European Union (Insurance Distribution) Regulations 2018 (IDR) the following authorization and registration is now confirmed.

Authorisation/Registration

With effect from 23 November 2021, Seaspray Private Limited (the firm) is hereby authorised as an investment intermediary under Section 10 of the IIA and registered as an insurance intermediary under Regulation 10 of the IDR.
The firm has been assigned the following code – C458779. This code should be used in correspondence with the Central Bank of Ireland (Central Bank) and particularly with reference to the firm’s regulatory reporting and annual levy obligations.

Seaspray Private Ltd specialises in the provision of financial advice to private individuals and corporate clients. We pride ourselves on the in-depth, client-focused, professional service we offer to our clients. Seaspray Private Ltd is subject to the following codes of conduct issued by the Central Bank of Ireland. These codes offer protection to consumers and can be found on the Central Bank’s website, www.centralbank.ie.
